On Sunday, August 13, the National competition of practical shooting with a leiocano which was Benelli’s third major GrandPrix for this year. In a beautiful shooting range in the forest with large stages that required shooting and athletic skill, the Greek champions excelled once again.
Specifically in the category Modified the Yiannis Topalidis and George Filippou stood on the podium taking first and third place respectively, while the silver medal went to Italian champion Agnello Sgabato. How competitive the competition was is shown by the fact of the marginal differences between the shooters who took a medal from the Czech champion Bures who came fourth, the Polish champion Jarosiewicz who came fifth, while the top six was closed by German champion Mainz.
The charge Open the world’s leading Pole Tausiewicz won comfortably, leaving the Czech Viduska second and the Austrian Tailiger third. The Standard category was won by the Poles Nowak and Marcela, leaving the Italian Manassero third.
End of category Standard Manual the experienced Italian Pasini won, leaving Skalaski second and Czecho Vit third.
Our shooters continue their intensive preparation since in two weeks they will compete in Hungary hoping to continue their impressive performances and positive results.
