The history of Kifissia will be written on September 1, 2023. The Northern Suburbs team, in the match that opened the curtain of the 3rd match of the Stoiximan Super League, prevailed 2-1 of Atromitos in DAK Lamia (as typically the home team, since its headquarters is not ready) and so he took it first victory in its history in the “big salons”!

THE Yannis Anastasiou lined her up Kifissia with system 4-2-3-1 and Christianson at home. In defense, from right to left, Masouras, Vafeas, Tsapan and Loumor started. Very low pace at the start of the match. Again Atromitos was the one who took the initiative of the movements. In the 55th minute, Marchezani blocked Iliev’s shot, while in the 60th minute, Andzielski couldn’t get a good header after Christianson’s miss.

MVP: Very good match from Iliev, he helped Kifissia a lot with his vertical game. However, the distinction cannot be made not to go to Ozegovic which paved the way to victory with a red and a goal(er).

The whistle: Photios Polychronis needed the assistance of the VAR (Petros Tsagarakis) to -correctly- give the red card to De Bok (and of course the offense that brought the 1-0). The foul was taken outside the area, with Ozegovic being the last player. In the Atromitos goal based on the lines there is no offside, so it counted correctly. Beyond that, the Peristerians have complaints about the disciplinary control and about some cards that were not given to Kifissia.
