The schedule for the group stage was announced by UEFA. Despite the rumours, the European federation decided to put all the games of the Greek teams on the classic day, that is Thursday.
Olympiacos and Panathinaikos start at home, as they host Freiburg and Villarreal, respectively. At the same time, AEK starts away against Brighton.
In the last matchday, Olympiacos welcomes to “G. Karaiskakis” against Batska Topola, while Panathinaikos host Maccabi Haifa at OAKA. As for AEK, they will be tested in the group final in Amsterdam against Ajax.
It is noted that UEFA has decided that AEK and Panathinaikos will never play on the same matchday at home!
