Ferguson misses Ireland’s games against France and Holland due to injury

A blow to her national team Irelandin view of its very difficult upcoming matches with France and the Netherlands, for the qualifying group of EURO 2024 in which our National Team is also.

As announced, the 18-year-old Brighton striker, Evan Fergusonis suffering from a knee injury and will not be able to help Stephen Kenny’s team, after it was deemed impossible to be ready for the games against his national team in “tricolor” (7/9, 21:45) and “oranie” (10 /9, 21:45).

However, the exact length of time it will take for his recovery is yet to be known and it remains to be seen whether he will be available on 21/9 when Brighton host AEK for their Europa League group stage opener.

All this, just days after Ferguson once again caught the eye with his impressive display in Brighton’s clash with Newcastle, in which he was the absolute star, scoring all three of his side’s goals.
