WHO IS WHO

Vassilis Mouratos was born on November 24, 1997 and is 1.93 m tall.

He started playing basketball at GS Agios Anargyros, taking the next step in his career in 2014 by “moving” to Olympiakos, where he stayed for three years.

He then played in Psychiko (2016-2017) in the A2 National Team and then in the Basket League in Faro Larissa, Peristeri, Lavrio and last year in Promethea.

With Prometheus in 25 league games he had a m.o. 6.5 points, 3.2 rebounds, 2.2 assists, 0.8 steals while staying on the floor for just over 20 minutes. In detail he had 35/75 two-pointers with 48%, 22/66 three-pointers with 33.3% and 24/39 shots with 61.5%.

In the EuroCup in 20 games with Prometheus he had a m.o. 3.4 points, 1.2 rebounds, 1.8 assists in 14 minutes of participation on 16/27 2-pointers with 59.3%, 6/28 3-pointers with 21.4% and 17/22 shots with 77.3%.

He is international with all the National teams and with the Men’s team, of which he was captain, in the FIBA ​​Windows.

In 2013, he celebrated with our representative group the winning of the bronze medal in the European Children’s championship, hosted in Ukraine, and then he added to his collection two gold medals from the same number of European championships.
