The 22nd OPAP Unileague Panhellenic Students & Students Championship went down in history with an amazing event that was hosted at the standard premises of the SEF Soccer Club in Piraeus.
BBI are great champions, who prevailed after a sensational match against Las Pulgas with a score of 2-0. In the minor final, Panthrax beat Zero Play with a score of 6-4 and took third place.
This year’s final phase also had a historic character, since the women’s football final was also held for the first time. The winning team is that of Neos Iconium, which beat Lykos Aegialia in the final with a score of 3-0. In the final of the Cup, La Bombonera from Patras filled the competition with Argentinian colors and won the cup by beating Young Boys 3-0.
The final phase was brightened up by the presence of the deputy governor of Piraeus, Mrs. Stavroula Antonakou, the Mayor of Piraeus, Mr. Yiannis Moralis, the president of OPAN Piraeus, Mr. Iosif Vourakis, and the deputy president of OPAN and owner of SEF Soccer Club, Mr. Yiannis Hatzialexis.
