The appeal will be heard by the Arbitration Court. It should be noted that the first appeal from the “elderly” side was rejected for formal reasons and the court did not go into the substance of the case, which is likely to happen again, as is prohibited the second appeal by the same party.
It is reminded that the announcement of the Arbitral Tribunal at the end of last May stated:
“The EPO Football Court of Arbitration made the following decisions during its last meeting.
– Unanimously accepts the application of the former professional football player Ioan Bogdan MARA against the P.O.T. Iraklis, as the sports successor of the liquidated PAE Iraklis.
Activates against her, the penalty imposed by the decision no. 41/2023 of this Court of the deduction of 3 points, for each official match of the league in which she participates, until the full and complete payment of the applicant footballer, at a rate of 50% , a) the amount of 219,810 euros for awarded capital and b) the amount of 400 euros for awarded court costs, plus legal interest, within a period of 5 working days from the day following the notification of this notice”.
