The possibility of Harry Kane’s return to Tottenham at some point in the future is open, as the owner of the London club, Daniel Levy, has revealed that the contract signed by the English striker with Bayern Munich includes a buy-back clause!
Levy has been heavily criticized for his decision to release Kane, but in a recent statement he made sure to… reassure the friends of the “spurs”.
In a fan forum he attended, the English businessman was asked if the club had made sure to include a buy-back clause for the player in the deal with the Bavarians: “Yes of course”he answered simply and comprehensibly, without however going into details.
The top scorer in Tottenham’s history and second in that of the Premier League moved in August 2023 to Bavaria against 115 million euroswhile he himself has not ruled out the prospect of rejoining his former team.
“It’s not ‘goodbye’ as you never know how things will turn out in the future. It’s a “thank you” and a “see you soon””he had stated in his farewell message.
