Sweeping Kalamata in OAKA, Aeolikos returned with a huge “double”, victories for AEL and Tilykratis!

by

Kalamata easily defeated Panathinaikos II and passed like… a siphon from OAKA!

The Peloponnese side prevailed 4-1 against second-placed Greens in the Super League 2 South Group opener in a game they dominated from the first minute to the last and showed their intentions ahead of this season’s campaign.

“Black Storm” entered better, however, they took off their performance from half an hour of the match until the end of the first part, scoring three goals! Specifically, Acosta opened the scoring in the 31st minute and the same player made it 2-0 in the 40th minute. In fact, Kalamata effectively ended the game in the 45th minute with a 3-0 goal from Andreas Tato.

Panathinaikos B’ reduced in the 61′ with Bilal to 3-1, with Arnarelli in the 67′ forming the final 4-1 for the guests, who showed very good elements both in their defensive image, and -mainly- and in the offensive, since in addition to the four goals they also created many opportunities.

In the other games of the 1st matchday, Aeolikos won against Kozani in stoppage time (1-2) for the Northern Group and combined in the best way its return to the second division of Greek football after 37 years!

The three goals of the match were scored in the last 15 minutes, after the visitors opened the scoring with Zakaric in the 74th minute, Souliotis leveled the game at 1-1 in the 86th minute, however, Aeolikos had not said his last word and in the 90+5′ Ioannou made it 2-1, giving his team a valuable victory for this year’s effort in the Super League 2 stadiums.

More in a while…
