Terry takes on the role of sporting director at Al-Shabaab

Close to taking up the position of sports director at Al Shabaab of the Saudi Pro League is located o John Terryaccording to a publication of the “Daily Mail”.

Her legendary central defender Chelsea he has been working in the Blues’ academies since the summer, but his stint in London is likely to be short if he accepts the Saudi Arabian club’s offer.

As reported by the English media, the 42-year-old is positive about accepting the offer, as he is at a stage in his career where he prefers a professional opportunity outside the Island.

After the end of his football career, the former international stopper has taken up assistant coaching positions at Aston Villa (2018-2021) and Leicester (2023), while he had worked again in Chelsea academies from January 2022 to April 2023.
