PAOK is asking its fans to pay particular attention to their behavior with a relevant statement it issued. In it, the Two-Headed of the North points out that one mistake by a fan is enough to punish the team and its home ground and asks them not to respond to challenges.
The “black and white” PAE issued a statement a while ago in which it states the following:
“Football Europe turns its attention to the Toumba stadium for the great match against Eintracht Frankfurt and the fans of PAOK are ready to push the team to the three points with their passion and voice.
Tumba is filled with passion and positive energy. Toumba becomes the protagonist of the match. Toumba remains open for the next matches as well, where qualification will be decided! We don’t throw objects, we don’t use laser devices, we don’t light torches and sparklers, we don’t raise banners with political or racist content. We deposit our soul and our voice, which is more than enough to preserve the legend of Tumba!
The risk of punishment is visible and one mistake is enough to shut down part or the whole field in our next games. We want you all by our side, in every stadium, across the land.
The stadium gates will open at 19:00. In order to avoid overcrowding, come to the stadium early. Match tickets continue to be sold online as normal, while the Toomba ticket offices will be open throughout the match day to collect e-tickets or season tickets.
We don’t respond to challenges, we don’t react to setbacks. We support our team for 90 minutes and we all make history together!”
