Boateng rejects offers from Brazil & Russia – Prefers to train with Bayern U23

Another… dimension to the issue surrounding his future Jerome Boateng Florian Plettenberg comes to give.

So according to what the well-known German journalist reported on Twitter, the 35-year-old international stopper, who has been without a team since last July when he left Lyon, has reportedly rejected proposals from teams of Brazil and Russia.

In fact, as he typically emphasizes, the experienced central defender intends to continue training with her Bayern Munich U23, so that he remains in good physical and competitive condition until he gets his hands on an interesting offer. At the same time, it is possible that he will do some training with the first Bavarian team, under the direction of Thomas Tuchel.

However, according to Plettenberg, the German champions have no intention of making a move for Boateng, despite the fact that Upamecanos injury left a big gap in the center of the defense. On the contrary, due to his ten-year tenure at the club, they intend to help him by participating in the training sessions.

Let’s remember, however, that yesterday’s and today’s reports from Germany were connected the name of Olympiakos in the case of the experienced defender, without however mentioning anything more.
