Benzema’s lawyer attacks Home Secretary – ‘It’s a shame, unacceptable’

His lawyer launched an attack on the French interior minister Benzema on the occasion of the statements made by Gérald Darmanen who spoke of a connection of the French attacker with a Muslim brotherhood that is considered a terrorist organization in the country.

“Its a shame. It’s incredibly violent, it’s the result of careless, unacceptable comments, especially from a Home Secretary.”Igs Vizier told the television station, BFMTV, and continued:

What we expected from the minister was to explain the comments he made, which are a serious accusation of Benzema’s close ties with the “Muslim Brotherhood”. But he proceeded to the discussion in a scandalous manner and with despicable extortion.”he said and continued:

“He is also taking advantage of the victim professor. Understand the way this is being asked. If the comments correspond to an accurate and serious complaint, please do not remove them! You are the interior minister. If your category is correct, stick to it. In fact, he is trying to forget that he made a thoughtless, unacceptable and misleading statement. It diverts the conversation. Mr. Benzema, show that you are a worthy man. I wouldn’t tweet in that context”concluded.
