Gartenman: “PAOK has a mix of young and experienced players – I single out Tyson and Vieirania”

THE PAOK returns to his European obligations, after being hosted in Scotland by Aberdeen (26/10, 22:00) for the third matchday of its groups Conference League.

The Danish defender of the Scots, Stefan Gartenmannspoke at the press conference of the match about the quality of the “two-headed team of the north” but also about the players that stand out.

“We have to face a good team. They have quality. We have to be good at one-on-one to make it. We have to take advantage of our home ground and beat our opponent. We have to play our game, it will definitely be a different match compared to the previous ones we played. The most basic of all, is to have balance in our movements. Which is very important for the outcome of the match. The game will not be so difficult for PAOK, it will be for us as well. I have played in difficult conditions before, against strong opponents, played in matches that we thought were unlikely to win, but we won them. In short, nothing is unlikely to happen.”

For PAOK and the players that stand out: “Tyson, who is very fast and plays on the left side, I remember him from the Shakhtar games where he made the difference. They also have Vieirania who played in Germany with Wolfsburg and is very experienced, but also the striker (s.s. did not name him). They are players who have a lot of experience.
