PAOK is looking for a handball coach – Gousios is in the past

Past from the bench of his handball team PAOK Panagiotis Goussios is from today. The Big Head of the North today announced the end of the partnership and is now looking for his replacement.

“The men’s handball department of PAOK announces the termination of cooperation with the previous coach, Panagiotis Gousios. We thank him for his offer, and wish him health and success in his future plans”the statement said.

Panagiotis Gousios, stated on the official website of the Association, acpaok.gr:

“The team has not started well this year, from my point of view my resignation is a matter of responsibility.

First, I want to salute my colleagues-friends for the moments we shared.

I want to make a special mention to the administrative manager of PAOK’s Handball departments, Mr. Dimitris Hasekidis, for his undivided support and trust in me, as well as to the manager of the Academy, Mr. Anastasios Papagiotas.

Good luck in their work, and with the help of Mr. Ambatzidis and Mavrosavvidis, I am sure that the teams will do well.

I want to thank all the players for the very good cooperation we have had over the years, as well as the medical staff.

Finally, I would like to wish everyone health and achievement of the goals of the departments at the end of the season”.
