In a final football ad, the Fluminense beat Boca Juniors 2-1 at the “Maracana” and won for the first time in its history the Copa Libertadores.

Thus, they became the 26th team to be crowned champions of Latin America, while they did not let Boca tie the Independent at the top with the most conquests.
