First defeat for Zalgiris… before Panathinaikos!

First defeat in the Lithuanian championship for Zalgiris Kaunas! The team of Kazis Makvsitis found it dark at home Wolves and left with… bowed head (75-64), knowing her first defeat in the domestic competitions.

All this, a few days before its first game for the Euroleague devil’s week, where it is hosted by Panathinaikos at OAKA on Tuesday.

Sulaimon (15pts), Thurman (14pts) and Kariniauskas (15pts) were in double figures and top scorers for the winners, while Naz Mitrou-Long and Biroutis were saved for the losers with 15 and 11 points respectively.
