Share gifts and smiles at the Christodouleio Foundation PSAKK and ESAKE

For the 16th consecutive year, the basketball family visited the Christodouleio Foundation, supporting the very beautiful and important effort. Representation of ESAKE and PSAKK they handed over gifts for the girls to the president of Christodoulei, Mr. Giorgos Christoforakis, and conveyed the wishes of Greek basketball for the Holidays.

Basketball was also present this year in Christodouleio to distribute gifts to the girls of the Foundation and above all to express its support and support for the valuable social work of the Women’s Orphanage which has been operating since 1943. ESAKE was represented by the Communication and Public Relations Officer of Relations Haris Papageorgiou and the Operations Director Konstantinos Moulinos. From the side of PSAKK, the General Director Kostas Alexandridis together with Giannis Papageorgopoulos (Marousi), Dimitris Vergini (Panionios), Nikos Kambouri (Amyntas) and the players Ioanna Diela (Olympiakos), Dionysia Alexandri (Panathinaikos), Penelope Pavlopoulou (Panathinaikos) and Evangelia Natskou (Eleftheria Moschato).

The president of Christodouleiou, Mr. Giorgos Christoforakis, after welcoming the attendees, emphasized: “I want to thank ESAKE and PSAKK for their practical support over the years, as well as the representatives of the FILA company who are with us today. This event is taking place for the 16th consecutive year and we are very happy. It is a day of celebration for us, your presence here. At the same time, it is a day of responsibility for us to continue our work in the right way always for the good of the children. Your presence motivates us to work with all our strength for those smiles. Basketball always gives us joy and makes us proud. I wish everyone much success and happy holidays».

To offer them the possibility to grow up with affection and love, to be educated and when the time is right to spread their… wings in life. We come with our small powers to strengthen this sacred work, mainly to give the girls some joy and support you. The sport of basketball is a social event. It is not cut off from society but part of it. As much as we can we must support the people in need and those who help them, who offer them the necessities. We feel very happy to be here honestly.
