Men’s Cup: In the Final 4, Panionios, Mykonos was defeated by Megarida

After Milos and Doxa Lefkada, Panionios and Neaniki Estia Megaridas completed the puzzle of the Final 4 of the UNICEF Trophy.

The “blue and red” playing without people due to suspension beat Papagos 88-83. Nikos Gikas with 16 points and 11 assists was the leader for Neosmyrniotes.

Megarida, in turn, won 72-70 against Mykonos, which had Giorgos Scarafigas on its bench for the first time. The Cyclades were trailing -21 (49-70) with 6:18 left, but managed to get within three (67-70) in the last minute.

The four teams will compete in early 2024 for the title which, in addition to a trophy, also offers participation in the Final 8 of the Cup, together with the first seven teams of the Stoiximan Basket League first round rankings.
