“The Deputy Head of Disciplinary Prosecutions for Football Offenses, Deputy Prosecutor Nikolaos Margaritisbrought Disciplinary Proceedings against her PAE Olympiacos.
The Disciplinary Prosecution is carried out because in the context of the match between the teams VOLOS N.P.S. – OLYMPIACOS S.F.P. held on 03-12-2023 for the 13th matchday of the Super League, PAE Olympiacos defamed football authorities and bodies making public adverse statements, i.e. statements containing criticism of purpose or malice or partiality in making decisions that objectively can be harmful honor and reputation of the persons to whom they concern and which were disseminated by means of communication.
The above act is also provided for is subject to disciplinary action from the provisions of articles 1, 2, 3, 4, 20A§§1,2, 26 of the Disciplinary Code of E.P.O.»
