WHO IS
Thomas Kottas was born on April 27, 1996, he competes in the position of center and power forward, he is 2.06 tall and took his first basketball steps in the youth and youth teams of A.P.S.
In the summer of 2011, he moved to the PAOK youth team, while he signed his first professional contract with the PAOK men’s team in 2013, from where he was released in 2016 to continue in A.G.O. Rethymnon.
In the summer of 2018, he signed with Cholargos, where playing in 28 league games, he averaged 3.6 points and 2.6 rebounds per game, and on August 3, 2019, he was announced by Ionikos Nice, where he averaged 3.8 points and 2.44 rebounds.
On August 27, 2020, he agreed with Larissa and in the 2020-21 season, he averaged 3.4 points, 3.1 rebounds in 11 minutes of participation in 21 games in the Greek Championship. In July 2021, he agreed with Aris, where in 24 games in the Greek Championship in the 2021-22 season, he averaged 2.6 points, 2.3 rebounds in 9 minutes of participation.

He also competed at the 2016 U-20 Division II Men’s European Basketball Championship, where he won the bronze medal. In total with the young men’s national team he has 24 appearances with 178 points (m.o.: 7.42) and with the youth national team he has 32 appearances with 123 points (m.o.: 3.84). He has also played in two Youth ALL STAR GAMES (2014, 2018).
