The time has come for Olympiakos’ first victory in this year’s Men’s Volleyball Champions League. The “red and whites” won a 3-0 set of Knack Roselare in Belgium for the fourth matchday of the top class European club competition and now hopes to qualify for the second phase as one of the best thirds.
The Challenge Cup holders were in control throughout and outplayed their opponents cleanly.
The Olympian made his best appearance this year, he competed with only one six and had as his “weapon” the serve and the block, which brought him 6 aces and 12 blocks.
