Roz: “I feel like I’m back home, I was crying in the taxi when I left”

Return to Mars for Lindsey Rosewho becomes a resident of Thessaloniki again, having left in the summer of 2021 to move to Poland and compete in Legia.

Upon his arrival at the “Macedonia” airport, the 32-year-old defender emphasized that he feels like he has returned home, revealed that he was crying in the taxi on the day of his departure, while also referring to the messages of love he has received in the last hours from Aris’ friends .

In detail what he said:



“I’m going back home, that’s how I feel, so I don’t have much to say. I feel like I never left. There are still some details to sort out with Legia, but already I feel like I’m back at home”.

For the statements he had made when he had left Mars: “When I left it was a difficult time for me. I was crying in the taxi. That I am now back is part of the dream I had to return to Mars. I want to thank the president and the team people who brought me back because I really wanted it”.

On finding a new team and his take on it: “First of all I’m happy to see some of my teammates. In the time I was away, I saw the team’s progress. The first time I saw him coming I said that my goal was to win titles. That didn’t happen then, but now that I’m back, that goal remains. I come to help the team, to offer the further development of the team”.

For his special relationship with the world of Mars but also for the fact that the matches are held in empty stadiums: “I have already received several messages of love from friends of Mars. I have experienced this situation before since the Covid era. I can’t wait for them to come back and experience the atmosphere that I enjoyed in the past”.
