Regarding professional arbitration, gsend their proposals until March 31, 2024which was also requested by the Super League at their meeting four months ago.
“The establishment of professional arbitration is a law of the State and we must proceed with its implementation. The first say in how professional refereeing will work must be those directly involved, namely the referees and the Football Associations. Especially the referees who also have international experience, can help the most in this direction” underlined Mr. Vroutsis and pointed out:
“Regarding the security issues that justifiably concern them, I assured them that our new legislative framework will be rational, clear and ultimately inescapably applicable.
As a representative of the Greek state, I am ashamed of the ongoing phenomena against them. Everyone must be convinced that the Greek referees are people and workers, so even in the case of a mistake, no one is justified in threatening them and their families”.
