Zalgiris broke out in the final and beat Alba in Trinchieri’s debut!

The Kaunas team beat Alba Berlin 77-71 in the Italian’s first game, snapping a six-game losing streak Euroleague and go up at 6-12leaving the Germans at 3-15 and very close to last place.

Nevertheless, the Zalgiris showed composure in the last two minutes of the match and finished it with a partial score of 7-0 thanks to big baskets from Hayes and Lekaviciustaking the precious win and giving Trinchieri a… happy debut!

Leading for the winners was Keenan Evanswho had 13 points, 5 assists and 4 steals, while Thomas Dimsa he scored 12 points and 5 rebounds. Exuberant o Lucas Lekavicius with 9 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists, while 10 points were scored by Edgars Ulanovas. Of the losers, they tried with 17 points o Johannes Tiemann and with 15 o Matteo Spaniolowho also collected 4 rebounds and dished out 5 assists.
