In his words Alexis Kouya in the Board of Directors of the Stoiximan Super League answered the AEK.

“It is clear and there is no need to talk about it that PAE AEK also expresses and has already expressed its will to clarify this case. It is also a given that at the moment we know absolutely nothing about this story. At least PAE AEK does not have the slightest information.
So when at this moment we are moving exclusively at the level of rumours, the Super League cannot be concerned with taking legal actions. As long as we don’t have a case file, we don’t have prosecutions and knowledge of evidence.
So I am glad that the representative of PAE Olympiacos effectively withdrew his position on the previous board of directors regarding the declaration of support for a charge on the part of the League and a civil lawsuit in a case that currently does not exist.
Of course, we agree to speed up the process, but AEK is not willing to participate in any communication game by anyone, in any game of impressions. These are too serious matters to play any game around.
PAE AEK expresses its absolute confidence in all levels of the Greek judiciary, it does not agree in any case with the attribution of any censure to any official of justice, as was implied about a specific public prosecutor. PAE AEK is willing to proceed at an institutional level only, as it always does.
Therefore, when we receive knowledge of any case file, any prosecution or any evidentiary material, we will also position ourselves on it. For now, we also express our will for the immediate clarification of this case.”
On the occasion of Alexis Kouya’s statements that were also made on staffGeorge Kosmas responded to this as well, saying:
“Here, sir, you are addressing PAE AEK and not me personally. Here we represent the PAEs we belong to and not ourselves. But you will respect PAE AEK, keep this in mind, you will respect it. And finally, an end must be put to this travesty that we are living in the last two boards of directors”.
