The men’s national handball team that will participate in EURO 2024 in Germany will leave on Tuesday at 10:30 for Munich to compete in the sixth group of the final phase of the competition.
The team consists of 19 athletes, which are as follows: Papantontopoulos, Papavassilis, Savvas, Passias, Kandylas, Karabourniotis, Michaelidis, Tziras (Olympiacos SFF/Omilos Xini), Kederis, Liapis, Papadionisiou, Arabatzis, Mallios (AEK), Th. Papazoglou, L. Papazoglou (PAOK), Toskas (Bianco Monte Drama), Panagiotou (ASE Douka), Mposkos (Henil – Spain), Bukovinas (Grossvalstadt – Bundesliga-2/Germany)
In addition to the federal technicians, Giorgos Zaravinas, Giorgos Mastorogiannis and Ilias Mantzou, the delegation is accompanied by the President of the OCHE, Kostas Gandis, the members of the Board of Directors, Kostas Violitzis (head of the delegation), Vassilis Kraniotis, Kostas Manavis (team doctor), the technical advisor of national teams, Guy Petitzirar, the coordinator of national teams, Katerina Georgoutsou, the physical therapists: Angelos Pappas, Pavlos Kalavazis, the reflexologist, Spyros Dimitrakoulas, and the journalists Roula Stiga (Media Manager) and Konstantinos Hatzidimitriou (Communications Officer).
