Incredible account of the Greek sails that brought Greece to the 1st place of the world championship in Brazil! The perfect start for Greek sailing in 2024. The 420 women finished with 12 races. In the last two, I. Kerkezou-D. Giannouli were impressive. They finished 1st and 3rd respectively and with 33 points they managed to climb to the highest step of the podium in a total of 27 boats from 10 countries.

Their positions were 2, 2, 1, 2, 4, 2, 10, 1, 28 (they removed her as the worst), 5, 1 and 3 respectively. The Greek boat was followed by the Spanish with the same points and the Brazilian with 38 points.

We remind you that in 2023 the Greek gymnasts had won the world championship and the European championship, while in the Youth world they had won the bronze medal!
