The transfer battles continue in England, this time between Arsenal and Tottenham. The two clubs have been circling Sociedad’s Spanish winger Ander Barenetsea and are expected to fight for its acquisition.
According to a report by the Sun, the coaches of the two clubs, Miguel Arteta and Angelos Postecoglou, have qualified the case of the 22-year-old, in order to strengthen their attack line.
The young winger is a product of its academies Real Sociedad and has been in the men’s section of the team since the 21st day of December 2018, where he registered his first participation at the age of 16.
Barenetsea is under contract until 2027 and his value, based on Transfermarkt, is estimated at 20 million euros. In any case, Sociedad will demand a higher sum than that, with Arsenal having already sent people to watch the player closely.
