Manchester City broke the curse and threw Tottenham out of the Cup!

by

After five matches without a goal at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, the Manchester City finally broke the curse and, beating Tottenham Hotspur 1-0 with a goal at the end, he got the ticket for the 5th round of the FA Cup!

The “citizens” had a goal disallowed by Bob in the 5th minute and then wasted many chances, with 0-0 showing for a long time what the final result would be – and it would lead to a replay between the two teams.

However, in the 88th minute, Ake sent the ball into the net from close range after a corner kick, with protests from the home team about a foul on Vicario not moving the referee, who duly awarded the goal!

Sort of like that, his team Pep Guardiola broke the curse and qualified for the next phase of the FA Cup.

Earlier, Chelsea and Aston Villa also remained at 0-0while the away match ended in a goalless draw Nottingham Forest with Bristol City.

Finally, Sheffield Wednesday held Coventry to a 1-1 draw, having taken the lead through Thorpe in the 45th minute, but I saw Gassama equalize in the 84th minute.

All three pairs that did not have a winner will be sent to a replay at the guests’ seats.
