Luka Doncic became the 4th player to score 73 or more points in one game, behind Wilt Chamberlain (100, 78 and twice of 73), Kobe Bryant (81 points) and David Thompson (73 points).
Alongside, tied Wilt Chamberlain and David Thompson with the most points in a game in NBA history with his performance today.
Doncic became just the second player to score over 70% on the floor and the only one to shoot over 75% since David Thompson in April 1978.
At the same time, the Slovenian star became the third player in NBA history who scores 70+ points while having 10 rebounds and 5+ assists since Joel Embiid (1/22/2024) and David Robinson (4/24/94).
With the 8 three-pointers he had todayDoncic became the only player to do so in a game since Embiid and Robinson each had 1 three-pointer.
