His memory Kobe Bryant honored once again by their people Los Angeles Lakers and his NBA!
Four years after the ‘Black Mamba”s sudden death in a plane crash in late January of 2016, the “lake people” honored the legendary player in the early hours of Friday (09/02), making his unveiling impressive statue erected in his honor outside the Staples Center!
Dozens of Bryant’s friends and fellow athletes attended the event, as well as his wife, Vanessa, who gave a moving speech in an already charged atmosphere.
The statue in question, the first of a total of three that will be created for the legend and the legacy he left to the team and to American basketball, shows Bryant with a raised finger wearing No.8, in an iconic scene after the 81 points he scored against the Toronto Raptors in 2006!
