Ajax saga, saved with goals in 91′ and 97′ against Bodo – Dinamo Zagreb knew Betis in Andalucia!

by

Ajax has returned from hell and is going to Norway for qualification! Despite losing 2-0 in Amsterdam to the excellent Bodo/Glimt, Van de Bowmen and Berghaus managed to draw 2-2 and stay in the ’16 »!

The match at the “Johan Cruyff Arena” started with the worst omens for Ajax after Groenbeck opened the scoring in the 16th minute, surprising John Van’t’Schip’s players! Ajax pushed for an equalizer before the end of the first half but fell to the amazing Hauge.

The Dutch entered the second half with the same philosophy, but Bodo/Glimt, with Groenbeck’s second personal goal, reached an important qualifying score!

Time was pressing for Ajax and at 90’+2′ in an unsuspecting phase, Björtuft brought down Broby with the referee awarding a penalty after using VAR. The execution was undertaken by Van de Bowmen who made no mistake, giving Ajax hope! The game for Ajax was saved in dead time by Steven Berghaus with an excellent goal, making the final 2-2!

Great Dinamo Zagreb at “Benito Villamarin” beat Betis with Petkovic’s goal in the 76th minute after a penalty kick (0-1) and are waiting for them at “Maxi Mir” to finish the job.

Pierrot is a savior for Maccabi Haifa, he scored his team’s only goal against Gent and gave them a small lead ahead of the rematch!

Open accounts were left by Servet and Ludogorets, who were “stuck” at 0-0 and will give everything in the rematch in Bulgaria to reach the next round.
