Kane missed out on Europe’s top scorers, Pavlidis was sixth

THE Harry Kane extended his lead in the table of the top scorers in European stadiums. Bayern’s English forward scored both goals in the 2-1 win over Leipzig to take his tally to 27 goals in 23 Bundesliga appearances.

In second place with 22 goals and together with Lautaro Martines of Inter and Kevin Denkey of Circle Brugge, the Dutch striker of Eindhoven stepped up, Luke De Jongwho scored a hat-trick in the 7-1 win over Tsvole, while Vangelis Pavlidis he was sixth on 21 goals as he did not score in Alkmaar’s 2-0 win over Ajax.
