City unparked the United coach with an overturned and “hot” Foden!

by

His boss Manchester remains the City!

His team Pep Guardiola won with a score of 3-1 United despite falling behind in the score early on, bringing her close Liverpool back to the point, leaving the “red devils” in a very difficult position when it comes to European tickets!

United shocked the Etihad with a Marcus Rashford goal in the 8th minute, with City pushing unimaginably for an equaliser, having missed a goal in the first half.

In the second half, however, the hosts continued their pressure and found the equalizer in the 56th minute, with a terrific shot by Phil Foden. United, who had parked… coaches since the first half, struggled to get through the center well, as a result of which the English striker found a second goal in the 80′ after a nice combination with Julián Alvarez. The final score was scored in stoppage time by Erling Haalandafter his tragic mistake Sofian Amrabad shortly after entering the match.

In the minds of the coaches:

With a full attacking 3-2-4-1 he lined up Manchester City The Pep Guardiola. THE Anderson defended the goal, while the defensive trio was made up of Hey, Dias and Walker. They played in the midfield Rhodri and Stoneswhile as staff members competed De Bruyne and Foden. He played on the left Dokuright o Bernardo Silva and at the top of the attack o Haaland.

With 4-3-3 and a defensive focus, his team set up on the pitch Eric Ten Haag. THE Onana were under the rafters, while on the ends played the Lindelof, Dalot and in the center of the defense the Evans and Varane. THE Casemiro competed in “6” with Mainou next to him as a central midfielder and the McTominay more advanced, while in a free role more forward were the Garnazzo, Fernandez and at the top of the attack o Rashford.

The match

City came in pressing and had the first good moment on 70 seconds when o Phil Foden executed from outside the area, with Evans getting his head on the path of the ball and clearing for a corner. The hosts were applying suffocating pressure and had another threatening moment in the 3rd minute with Stones stepping into the area and claiming a penalty to mark his Casemirowith the Brazilian finding the ball anyway.

In the 6th minute, came the first good moment for United. THE Garnazzo he went on the counter and did a parallel spin, which was no good though with Anderson blocking. The first threat quickly became a goal, as in the 8th minute Rashford received his assist Bruno Fernandes and executed a “shell” from outside the area, with the ball going to the crossbar and then into the net.

Manchester City-Manchester United

In the 14th minute, the shell-shocked City threatened again after some minutes of inactivity. Silva found Foden, who found himself opposite Onana in a sideways position and was beaten by the Cameroon keeper. In the 17th minute, it was United’s turn to be dangerous again. THE Rodri slipped at a critical point and o Rashford had the opportunity to be alone with him Andersonbut he lost control of the ball and Walker caught him.

The match was up and down, with City responding immediately, in the 19th minute, when Foden he was left alone across from him Onana, but he was there again to drive the ball into the corner. The visitors had another good moment with the constant threat of Rashford, who was left alone at the second post, but found “air” in the difficult execution in the 23rd minute.

City dominated the pitch and had overwhelming possession, threatening again in the 32nd minute with his first ‘appearance’ Haaland, who took an unmarked header in the area but sent it high. Just 1 minute later, Mr Rodri caught a one-piece shot from the edge of the area, with the formidable Onana dropping to his left and firing for a corner.

The scene became even more monotonous in the closing stages of the half as City increased their pressure even more and threatened in the 37th minute with a fine effort from De Bruyne and end of it Foden which he found in the bodies. From there, the “citizens” continued their pressure and came closer than ever to the goal in the 45th minute, when Haaland he was left with an empty net after Foden’s header-pass, but managed to send the ball out.

The second part continued with the same tone. City continued to press and had a good moment in the 50′ when Doku took the ball from Haaland and executed, the challenge on a defender made Onana’s task difficult but he cleared brilliantly. In the 56th minute, it was time for 1-1. THE Foden he took the ball out of the area and swerved to the left, he caught an unimaginable shot with his left and the ball went “remotely” into the “gamma” of his goal Onanafor the second goal of the match.

After the goal, the tempo dropped noticeably for several minutes, with both teams staying away from threatening situations, apart from some dangerous crosses into the United area, which did not trouble the steady Onana at all. In the 78th Garnazzo found himself across from him Anderson in a sideways position and tried to pass him, but the Brazilian cut him off with a risky but effective tackle.

Finally, in the 80′, City hid the ball with quick exchanges between De Bruyne and Alvarez. The latter found him with a nice pass in the area Fodenand the English striker again sent the ball into the net with a fine spot from a difficult position, making it 2-1 for the hosts.

In the first minute of the delays, the Haaland knocked her out for good United. After a tragic mistake by Amrabad shortly after entering the match, the Norwegian forward was left alone against Onana and beat him easily, making it 3-1 for the hosts.
