This means that the solution is found, to “unblock” the issue that arose with the earthworks and to proceed with the cleaning of the plot for the next four months, before we go to the next stage, which involves the construction of the stadium. Essentially, what remains now is for the financing proposal to be approved by the ministry and then the construction permit should be issued.

The mayor of Athens, in fact, Harry Doukasin the context of the project presentation “Athenian Energy Alliance”, made a statement about the stadium after yesterday’s development. It should be noted that the “Athenian Energy Alliance” is an initiative of Mr. Doukas, with eight municipalities of Attica (Athens, Aegaleo, Byron, Zografou, Kallithea, Moschatou-Tavros, Papagou-Cholargos and Nea Ionia) joining forces for the production of green energy.
