After three years the Olivier Giroud leaves Milan. As reported by Fabrizio Romano, the French ace has reached an agreement with Los Angeles FC, for a contract until December 2025.
“LAFC have reached a verbal agreement with Olivier Giroud on a contract through December 2025. After the club first revealed their interest in December and submitted a formal proposal earlier this week, the verbal agreement has come. Nothing is signed yet, but everything is very close“, he said.
The MLS team managed to convince the 37-year-old striker, who media in Italy reported that both he and his family wanted to move to the other side of the Atlantic. Los Angeles Galaxy in the current season is in 6th place, having 2 wins, 1 draw and 2 losses, with the end of the first 5 matches.
The Rossoneri striker has played in 36 games this season and has 14 goals and 9 assists, with his team currently 2nd in the Serie A standings, behind only their fellow countrymen, Inter.
