Banki: “Panathinaikos AKTOR deserves second place – Let’s make it difficult for them with the support of our fans”

On Friday night (29/03, 21:30), o Panathinaikos AKTOR tested at its headquarters Virtus Bologna for the 32nd matchday of the Euroleague, with the sole aim of remaining in second place in the standings.

After the statements of Ergin Ataman and Costa Antetokounmpo during the departure of the “green” from Athens, the coach of the Italians also spoke about tomorrow’s match, Luca Banki.

The 58-year-old coach stood at Panathinaikos’ excellent course this year in the organization, but also in the good defense of the “greens”, stressing, however, that together with her team, Virtus wants to make things difficult for the “clover” and get her pink match sheet.

“Coach Ataman managed to give Panathinaikos a specific competitive identity by collecting valuable victories that today place it deservedly in second place in the standings thanks to the aggressiveness of the defense and the always balanced attack.

They will certainly be tough opponents and determined to maintain their position in the standings, but our desire is to take advantage of each of the remaining matches to bring our performance to the level of a top team.
