An uproar was caused by Herman Burgos before and after her game Paris Saint Germain with the Barcelona.
During his pre-game show Movistar in which his former coach was invited Mars heard a commentator refer to his footage Lamine Yamalsaying:
“See her qualitysee Lamin Yamal’s touch on the ball.”
So at that point, he intervened Burgosstating:
“If it doesn’t go well it will end at the traffic lightsfootball is like life”.
Understandably, the racist Bourgos’ comment enraged the viewers and provoked uproar on social media.
Which resulted in Paris Saint-Germain and Barcelona not to make players available for statements on that particular channel (as an indication protest) and Burgos himself to ask Sorry afterwards, saying that he did not intend to offend anyone.
