The collaborators of the STAID program (Stop aggression in school world) were hosted in Piraeus by Olympiacos, continuing the actions aimed at defending the Olympic values and the ideals of sports.
The Project aims at:
• Social Inclusion – defending them from social isolation and psychological satisfaction.
• Improving the skills and abilities of coaches and volunteer supporters
• Attract students for regular physical exercise
• Improving health: intervening and increasing students’ health and well-being – Fighting stress
• Collaboration, exchange of experiences and creation of a sustainable network at local and international level
The activities of the representatives of Lazio, Levski Sofia, Panserraikos and Wiener in Piraeus for the European program “STAID” included a number of activities. The beginning was made by updating the actions that were planned and continue at a steady pace, and despite the pandemic, the number of actions in students and athletes of the academies exceeded expectations.
All the foreign partners were completely satisfied and excited with the hospitality, the multitude of activities as well as with the organization of Olympiakos. The next meeting is scheduled for March in Sofia.
