Letter to Central Arbitration Committee of the EPO and the Chief Referee, Peter Freudfeld, was sent by PAE PAS Lamia, asking foreign referees in its remaining games for the Stoiximan Super League playoffs!
Expressing their strong complaints from Mr. Papapetrou’s refereeing in their recent loss against Panathinaikos, Lamia is asking for foreign referees on the field of play and in VAR, starting from their upcoming (21/4, 17:00) home match with the “greens”.
The letter from PAE PAS Lamia in detail:
“Dear Mr. Freudfeld,
Dear members of KED/EPO,
PAE PAS Lamia after Mr. Papapetrou’s inexplicable refereeing in our match against PAE Panathinaikos, where the international referee appeared in the second half with more stress even than the owner of PAE Panathinaikos himself, Mr. Alafuzos, we demand as in all the remaining games of our team in the play offs, starting with the upcoming one against Panathinaikos, foreign on-field referees and VAR are appointed.
Safeguarding the credibility of the league should be a top priority for all of us.
