According to information, then, and as initially revealed by asportsThe Aristomenis Koutsiaftiswhich gave, recall, one non-existent penalty in Lamia in the game with Apollon Smyrnis on Sunday (20/02), whistles illegally in Super League!
And this, because the Mark Clattenberg normally defines him in matches of the first category of Greek football, while the association to which he belongs, the EPS Arta, has expelled him from his ranks from the January 17, 2022!
It’s really questionable how come that referee has been removed from his link for a month and the English chief referee to make him whistle normally in Super League matches as if nothing is running!
The decision of EPS Arta, meanwhile, has been notified to everyone, while nor is there a link change issue from the federation, which on its official website, in the “lists of referees of 1st category 2021-22”, normally has him in 7th place, referring to that of Arta as his Union, which, however, as we said before, deleted him!
Mark Clattenberg in any case owes an explanation for this incredible scandal!

The Association of Football Clubs of Arta, taking into account that the Referee of our force KOUTSIAFTIS ARISTOMENIS:
1) In the last three (3) seasons, he did not play in ANY local championship match of Ε.Π.Σ. Arta, systematically refusing to offer its services competitively, as it was obliged according to article 67 paragraph 9 of the current Arbitration Rules.
2) He ostentatiously ignores his financial obligations to the Ε.Π.Σ. Arta and how many times he did it, it was done after the summons to Apology by the Arbitration Committee of Ε.Π.Σ. Arta.
3) He is systematically absent from the Monday training gatherings of the Arbitration Committee of the Ε.Π.Σ. Arta as it was obliged according to article 8 paragraph 2 of the current Arbitration Regulation.
4) Has no cooperation with the Arbitration Committee of the Ε.Π.Σ. Arta, showing complete indifference (specifically, he did not attend even once the lessons of the New School of Arbitration organized by the Arta EPS and taught by the Instructor of our Union, Dimitrios Konstantinou).
Also, the Association of Football Clubs of Arta, taking into account that, until today, all its mood and relationship with the institution of the Ε.Π.Σ. Arta, lacks the cooperation and the will to meet its basic obligations mentioned above.
Although he has been invited, he has been invited, either orally, by telephone or in writing, to give explanations.
In addition, we made efforts to provide a solution to all the issues it has created (financial, competitive, supply), in a context of human and understanding, nevertheless, and our efforts, ostentatiously ignored them.
For the reasons mentioned above, the Association of Football Clubs of Arta with No. 83 / 17-01-2022 Decision of the Board of Directors, Decided:
UNANIMOUSLY
the DELETION of the Referee KOUTSIAVTI ARISTOMENI from the Register of Referees of Ε.Π.Σ. Arta, which is undesirable for the Association of Football Clubs of Arta “.
