Jiu Jitsu: 1st Greece in the Pan-European Championship in Romania

Greece won the 1st place among 29 countries and 1,100 entries, in the Pan-European Jiu Jitsu Championship held from April 4 to 7 in Pitesti, Romania. In total, our country won 56 medals, 18 Gold, 9 Silver and 29 Bronze, leaving Romania in 2nd place and Ukraine in 3rd place.

Greece also achieved top honors in the following systems:

1st position in the Fighting System

1st position in the Duo Classic System

3rd place in the Dup Show System

13 athletes from the champion club participated in the National team LET. LEFKARO Vari – Voulas – Vouliagmenis who won 5 Gold, 2 Silver and 1 Bronze medals

Congratulations to the athletes, the athletes, the parents, the Administration of the Hellenic Federation EFEOZZ and the collaborators of the A.S. LEFKAROS: Vassilis Vlastakis for strengthening, Gliatis Angelos for outdoors Cross Training, Piki Ilias for physical therapy care, nutritionist Irini Karambas, and to the partners who kept all schools and school departments open: Zantioti Thanasis, Dakula Yiannis and Grypaio Tasso.
