“It’s a great moment for all of us, a great achievement to be here. We believed in the team that we would get here even when we were 0-3 in the Top-16 against very good teams like Tenerife. We faced the difficulties and responded, we showed character and we want to play hard and enjoy the Final Four.”

For his own role because of his experience: “I don’t think my teammates need guidance from me. As a group we work very well. We had some discussions when things weren’t going well for us and especially at the beginning of the season. I think in the end I took more things from my teammates than I gave them. I am proud to be the captain of the team.”
