The “Zagoraki Kids Relays”, which for the third consecutive year is supported by Chitos, the bottling-distribution company of the No. 1 natural mineral water Zagori, will be held on Sunday, May 19, 2024, at the Agora of OAKA from 11am to 12.30pm and will be done with the participation of children aged 6 to 13 from sports academies of athletics clubs and other sports.
The “Zagoraki Kids Relays” children’s race program includes the 4x50m and 4x100m relay races with a symbolic participation fee of 2 euros per child, which is paid upon receipt of the participation package and counts towards the donation for “Together for the Child”.
Registrations continue as usual until May 5, 2024, with a name and number list of participants being sent by the manager of each academy and club to the manager of participation for the “Zagoraki Kids Relays”, Mr. Manos Tzatzimaki (tel. 6977 507 678, email: teams@nflathens .com).
CAUTION! The available places are for 50 teams 4?50m, for 50 teams 4?100m. After completing the first 400 entries no further requests will be accepted.

PARTICIPATION RIGHT: Sports academies and sports clubs of any sport can participate in the competitions. The events and age categories for each of the events are:
4?50m Boys: 2017-2018 (6-7 years old)
4?50m Girls: 2017-2018 (6-7 years old)
4x50m Boys: 2015-2016 (8-9 years old)
4x50m Girls: 2015-2016 (8-9 years old)

DECLARATION OF PARTICIPATION
Pre-registration for participation in any event is mandatory and is done in the following way:
By sending a name list of team members (with year of birth for each child and choice of competition) to [email protected] by May 5, 2024.
The declaration of participation must be submitted by a predetermined representative – responsible for each team, who will also be the communication link with the organization.
PICKUP CENTER
The Equipment Collection Center (participation number and commemorative t-shirt) for the Zagoraki Kids Relays, will operate from 8 to 11 May 2024 and hours 10am to 6pm, at the No Finish Line Athens secretariat located in the athlete call room at the Olympic Stadium (entrance from Gate A on Spyrou Loui Street). Only teams that receive their equipment within the specified time period (8-11 May) will be valid entries.
AWARDS
Upon completion of the race, awards will follow, more specifically:
In the team relay events 4?50m. and 4?100m. prizes and medals will be awarded to the first teams of each category (8 teams and 96 people in total).
TECHNICAL PROVISIONS AND REGULATIONS
The relay events will be held in final heats for the selection of the first three teams in each category (hand timing).
The course for the two events is straight (50m and 100m), the changes will be made at both ends of the straight that joins the Agora to the Wall of Nations.
In order to properly change the baton, there will be a predetermined changing area that must be vacated by the child who handed it over, as quickly as possible.
For the smooth running of the race and the control of the changes, trainers and volunteers will be used.
Medical examination
All competitors are clear and distinct that they are competing at their own risk and the manager of each team must have a medical certificate for their participation.
This applies to all participants, regardless of age, who along with the participation declaration must accept the following conditions attached to the participation form.
“In any case, all competitors regardless of age participate at their own risk. The organizers have no responsibility for what happens during the race, regarding health issues due to a lack of preventive medical control.”
The organization cooperates with the “Medical Center” which is a distinguished supporter and will be physically present to provide first aid in case it is needed.
