Antetokounmpo: “I can’t run, I don’t know how long it will take to come back”

The season of Bucks ended ignominiously after being eliminated in the first round of the NBA playoffs 4-2 by the Pacers.

THE John Antetokounmpo due to the injury suffered four games before the end of the regular season on April 10 against the Celticshas been unable to bolster his side in any match since and realistically the chances of qualifying without their top player were slim.

The Greek Freak avoided the damage achillesbut the problem in calf and foot it did not allow him to come into action and offer his valuable services.

He, in fact, gave an interview and referred to huge effort which he did in order to return to action in time, stressing however that he never reached a point where he feels safe that he can offer without burdening his health.

“I wasn’t even close to qualifying, but I really tried to push myself to a point where I wouldn’t qualify, but at least I could get out there and help. However, in our opinion it was not safe for me to race because I could not even run at full speed.

I was able to run at about 30-40% of my, even now that’s true. It’s going to take maybe days, weeks, months, whatever, I don’t know how long it’s going to take to get back to the level I need to be.” Yannis said in detail, among other things.
