The EEC report is a law unfounded, Article 69.a of the law only says that if a transfer is made without a license, all it provides is the cancellation of the transfer. Article 69.12 has been completely changed in 2020, no penalty has been set -5 to -10. In any case, if you consider that it is not statute-barred, the penalties can certainly not be imposed. “Avdis sent two memoranda explaining how we reached the two notarial deeds”, argued.
