INVITATION OF THE SHAREHOLDERS OF THE FOOTBALL COMPANY “PAOK” – P.A.E.

AT AN EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING ON 30.05.2024

The Board of Directors of “PAE PAOK”, AR. M.A.E. 99130/06/Β/86/77 and NO. G.E.M.H 122030904000, in accordance with the law 4548/2018, as applicable, and its Statute, invites Mr. Shareholders of the Company at an Extraordinary General Meeting on 30.05.2024 on Thursday at 11.00 at the offices of PAOK PAOK on Mikras Asias Street – Toumpa Stadium in Thessaloniki.

1. Increase of the company’s share capital by payment of cash and deposits intended for increase of share capital and the issuance of new shares subject to article 28 of Law 4548/2018 and abolition of the pre-emptive right of the old shareholders to the new increase of the Share Capital in accordance with the provisions of article 27 of Law 4548/2018.

2. Amendment of article 7 (share capital) of the company’s articles of association.

In this Meeting, all Shareholders of the Company have the right to take part and vote, either in person or by proxy, under the terms and conditions of Law 4548/2018, as applicable, and of the PAE statute. Each share entitles one vote.
