Statements after the 1-1 draw at the home of PAS Ioannina for the last matchday of the Stoiximan Super League playouts was made by the coach of Volos, Christos Kontisemphasizing that he spent a great quarter at the helm of the team and stressing that he does not yet know if he will be on the bench next season as well.

“We made a very big effort in the playouts, it was a marathon of seven games and in the end everything went well. We succeeded and showed elements that we must keep in the future, today was a match without much tension due to the absence of scoring interest, the negative is that we did not create many phases but the positive is that we refused to lose and got the draw.
The team must keep the footballing audacity it showed in the finale of the season, let’s be aggressive. We scored a lot of goals in the playouts, today not so much in that part, some guys came in without rhythm, but in general I am happy with the whole effort.
