Four medals for Greece at the final of the European Grappling Championship in Loutraki

The European U15 Grappling Championship, held in Loutraki, was completed with complete success.

During the second day of the games, the athletes showed their great virtues and the spectacle was very great. Greece won four more medals in the Gi category, of which one silver and three bronze.

Elena Zaimidou at 80km. won second place, while in the same category Anna Papageorgiou climbed to the third step of the podium. The bronze medal was also worn by: Angelina Tselekidis in the 48k. and Lamprini Pergeli at 57k.

Greece received excellent reviews from the governing bodies of the World Federation both for the impressive set-up of the stadium and for all organizational matters.

European action, however, does not stop here. On Wednesday, Loutraki will open its gates for the U15 European Olympic Wrestling Championship, where the interest is expected to be very intense.
